While Spring is definitely in the air (yay!) there is still a chill in the air, and we go from having 70 degree weather on day to 40 degree weather the next. With weather as bipolar as this, I find myself mixing pieces that make me excited for the warmer weather with my winter wardrobe.

Staying warm outside on one of these bipolar days, means I still can’t walk around without my wool coat and cashmere scarf, but I can get away with wearing cropped jeans, booties and a cropped sweater underneath my coat!

With the weather warming up, I find myself coming up with any excuse to get outside and enjoy the weather (even if the wind keeps my coat buttoned up). That being said it’s important wearing shoes that I can run around in this weather. My Frye boots do just that! Paired with my J Brand jeans, this is an easy look that I can throw on while running around the streets of NYC!
