If there’s one thing I need it’s yoga at least once a week. I’ve been practicing yoga now regularly for the last 3 years, and I’ve definitely progressed in my practice. In the beginning I couldn’t do a head stand, and now I’m working on my king scorpion forearm stand.
Yoga isn’t just fun for me because I can do some of the bendy-twisty poses now, but it really helps me decompress. It’s also a great workout that keeps you long and leanPlus, once you know what you’re doing, you can really do yoga anywhere!
